Possibly very early 60s, but unlike the Model 1-7 I bought at the old Abercrombie & Fitch store on Madison Avenue in NYC around 1961-62.

Handle, hilt, sheath all different and they were selling a bunch to folks thinking of going to Vietnam. Blade is marked Randall Made, but sadly, my sheath is in worst shape today.
