I found a 1895 marlin jp marked rifle .It's as smooth as silk has a few added features on it .There is a tang site that will will take off don't Want that stuck in me ,a limbsaver pad good addition and a strange large nut on front of the lever that is suppose to make it lever smoother which it feels awesome.Is this jp rifle one of the good ones .It has the 3/4 magazine and pistol grip too .I just got that 444 Winchester didn't want a 4570 but this would be good investment at the price .I can't tell if the stock is cut or not looks like they did for the recoil pad .What is the normal length of pull on these guns ? Dang it's going on.layaway in.the morning !
