7 mm Weatherby has larger base diameter than 7 mag. One of the reasons I chose 7mm Wby to rebarrel from .300 Wby was they have the same base diameter -- no need to change the bolt at all. Whatever you do, be sure to NOT get the two 7 mm ammo boxes mixed up. Have the barrel remarked. Don't know a thing about a 28 Nosler, but maybe (???)
