Update: Called Ruger Customer Service and spoke with a cheerful lady that took my information and stated the filler screws would be on the way in the morning. She cautioned that the rear most screw closest to the back sight should not be screwed in deeply enough to hit the recoil spring on the bolt. Stay flush or slightly above to make sure the filler screw doesn't interfere with the recoil spring on the bolt which is directly under that screw location. She knows what she is talking about and that was refreshing.
