I went out tonight to shoot a couple quick ladders. Was only shooting at 100 yards as I was really just looking for flat spots as I went up in velocity. I was running 70 grain BTVs over Varget in a T3 .243. 11 shots at .2 grain increments from 39.6 to 41.6 grains resulted in a square shaped group that measured .75" corner to corner. Velocity was 3328 at the bottom end and 3486 at the top. Obviously these would open up at distance but I haven't seen anything quite like that at 100 yards with a 2 grain powder swing. Has anyone else experienced this with a stock hunting rifle?

Also had a T3X .260 put the first four 120BTs of a ladder into about a quarter inch. I was pleased with my Tikkas tonight.
