Grandpa Trump arrived from the US during the great Yukon Gold Rush of 1898 and set up the first Trump hotel on the banks of the Yukon River in downtown Whitehorse. Of course it was more brothel than hotel.
Anyways Grandpa Trump tried to return to Germany with a half million 1902 dollars but was threatened with jailing for draft evasion, so returned to New York instead.
