My most accurate 223 load is a 50 grain VMax and 27.5 grains of 846. I've had no problems shooting it in my Model 7 Predator, but a Howa would sometimes exhibit pressure signs with it. I've killed a bunch of coyotes with this load, out to 450 yards.



27.5 of 844 and 28.5 of 846, with magnum primers and any Nosler 50-55gr bullets been another staple of mine.
