................I'll have to get a copy of that when it appears... Now that I'm retired I may just play around with some new loads for my Savage Mod 10 so chambered. Because it also shoots very well. In my experience the 300 WSM gets the lowest extreme spreads in velocity over the chrono of all the umpteen different rifle cartridges that I load. Could that be due to the "short fat" powder column? Like we always heard of as one of those mysterious, magical, ballistic benefits of a certain case design. Whatever it is.... at least it shoots good.
