Brethren,

I leave today for the Downriver Michigan area to visit with my wife's side of the family. The "real" purpose of the trip is to introduce them to my older daughter's fiance who is here from Dublin, but I would as soon introduce them to the Lord Jesus Christ, that great Shepherd of the sheep. Mom turns 87 in June, and Dad is coming up 89. They are both real nice folks, but neither has professed faith in the finished blood atonement of Jesus Christ on Calvary's cross.

I truly covet, in the strongest sense of the word, your prayers on their behalf, that the God of mercy, love and grace would send his Holy Spirit ahead of time to pave the way for the gospel of peace, and that the gospel would find a place of reception within their hearts.

Appreciate your intercessions for us in this light.

Brother Keith
