The FED EX and UPS shops I stopped at were both franchises. I'm going to go to the UPS hub, which is corporate owned. I think that will get this moving. How do I access those ORMD labels?
I just looked up the UPS website. It has to go through a Corporate hub location and specifically says the "stores" can't ship it.
