That ^^^^ is what was recommended to me AND how I do it.

I'm skeptical about seating depth FIRST. I've seen powder charges make too big a difference.

I’m careful not to change to many things at once. An old fella once told me equal pressure, equal velocity equals accuracy.
Now in my mind changing seating depth changes pressure. So if you change powder charge and seating depth, you have done two things that change pressure and accuracy.
I first try to determine if my barrel likes flat base or boat tails
Then seating depth
Then fine tune powder charge. Hasbeen
