I believe my favorite part is your acknowledgment of the difficulty and obstacles of the OTC hunt and how few people are actually successful. I'm part of that camp - having hunted elk OTC multiple times, and only laying eyes on a bull once, and having some trips where I never saw more than a track.
Congrats on the fantastic trip and yes - soak up the joy of being in a very elite group of guys that get it done in OTC elk hunting.
