Wild West Guns sent out an email today with a few new products. I don't have any use for these myself, but they might interest someone:

First is a quick take down screw for the lever. To me this just seems like another protrusion to catch a finger or tear skin on.

Next is a hammer extension in blue or stainless. Only difference between the LH and RH model seems to be which way the company logo is stamped, although it does say the LH has reversed threads.

Interesting thing about their hammer extension. They suggest using it opposite of how they are typically seen. In other words, right hand would go on the left side of the hammer. Does anyone actually do this???? Not sure how that would work with a scope that is presumably already mounted too low to use the hammer as is.

Wording from the email:

"The Wild West Guns Hammer head comes in a left-hand or right-hand version and in blue or stainless. Mounting this on your rifle makes it easier to cock the hammer on your Marlin with or without a scope installed. The right handed version points to the left when installed for the right hand shooter. This allows you to access it with your thumb while shouldering the rifle. The left handed version points to the right for the left handed shooter."
