My LGS has a first variation for $599, BUT it has a side mounted scope . I bought my "B" series 1936 .32 Special for $375 about 10 years ago. The one thing I don't care for is that I can't mount a peep sight on it without D&T-ing the receiver. The tang is D&T but it was shortened from the 1893 so a Lyman tang sight will be struck by the bolt.
