Here's a few that are done quite differently. First two are shot with strobes. The bball one is big strong light in the rafters and the wrestling is a small one screwed onto the side of the scoring stand. The Bball blocker is Colt Lyerla, He probably would have played pro football but, he got into drugs or something and blew his ride at U of O, he was unstoppable on the court in highschool basketball, he had several blocks in this game. This was the last year for the old arena and they opened the new House that Nike built the next year, it was also the end of being able to set your own strobes at U of O. If you know wrestling you'll enjoy this one. The nice thing was is the ref was just high enough to be lit and the strobe found it's way to the faces and the shoulders absolutely leveled on the mat.

The next is Branin Cooks who was really showing he was destined to go pro, he just tore that ball away from the hapless CU corner. I covered a lot of Beavers football and the next was the one time recently they were seeming pretty good until they got upset by UW at Century link field. It actually was going ok until one of their receivers got knocked cold and it was downhill from there. Impact doesn't show well in stills but, you can tell he really gets hit here.

I like the last as this young man was playing in front of many from his hometown and pasted this ball right out of the park and as he ran the baseline you could see the delight in his eyes.
