I've got a Browning 1886. I put a Providence Tool Company Pattern 21 peep sight on it, and a Skinner front sight. I can't see open sights very well anymore, but I can sure see the sights clearly with this combination. I'm shooting just over 1 MOA at 100 and 200 yards and about 2 MOA at 300 off the bench. I have the sights regulated to put me 3.5" high at 100, right on at 200, and I'm dropping about 20" at 300. The sight is easily and quickly adjusted to compensate. I use a 6 o'clock hold so the front blade doesn't cover the target.
