it is only required by law to be armed when leaving the settlement but there is nobody living outside the settlement coming or going from school
So do those bear turn around and leave when they approach a city limit sign?
Seems ,maybe justifiably, that kids no longer have brains or ability. Years back in Virginia, licensed students drove school buses.
