Trump,like so many other individuals,believes a decision made by the Supreme Court becomes the law of the land.The legislative branch makes laws not the courts.So Trump's request to have this reviewed by the Supreme Court reflects his false belief that their decision becomes the law of the land.
That's a bad precedent to refer all executive decisions to the court for final resolution.
Perhaps you should review the Dred Scott decision and then tell me how righteous the Supreme Court was in that decision.
