What's the barrel length on that 6mmBR? What do you think of the 30BR? Just came across that one the other day.
The rig sports a 26" barrel. I think I want a 30BR. Oughta be a great little cartrisge...

Stuff I'm been reading says the 30BR can be accurate out to about 600 yards, used for big game (deer size at least but with today's premium bullets I think any big game in the lower 48 is not safe) varmints. The other thing I like is that any length barrel from 21" to 24" is good with the 24" having a slight edge in the velocity department. I'm a .308Win. fan and have a model 700 in .308Win. it should not be that hard to convert the 700 to 30BR. I see you have kept your 700 (your rifle looks like a 700) a repeater. How do I get the kit to keep my 700 in 30BR a repeater?
