If you're really serious about your carry ammo, you might want to look at the fired bullet comparisons in the attached between the (older) HydraShoks & the (newer) HST's.

There are no absolutes, but this is pretty clear cut.

I'm carrying HST, for the most part, in everything; not HST's then Gold Dots.

HydraShoks got all used up for practice.
