Depending on the SCBA, it may only give you 2200psi into your Diana, but it will give you MANY fills. If not, or even if so, this cheapo has been working for me to go from zero in I-lost-count-of-how-many-pumps or to top off from 2200psi to 3k in about 50 pumps: 3 Stage PCP 4500PSI Air Gun Rifle Filling Stirrup Pump Hand Pump Pressure Gauge. Keep in mind that it is real work to put in even only 50 pumps. If you are going from zero, then take a couple of breaks to let you and the pump cool off.
