I’ve been working on becoming a gunsmith - I got lucky and found out Gordy Gritters had gunsmithing courses so I started attending them, and I finally finished up with the Precision rifle Gunsmithing course where Gordy had me build a bench grade precision rifle using my own parts... using the On the Job training method...
at the end of the day Gordy is a master gunsmith “ever heard of the Gritters chambering method”... so I don’t think I would have gotten this level of training if I had worked for a production shop, or taken a NRA gunsmith course which would have taken a LONG time....
I’ll be getting my lathe this year, so I’m excited to make more...
