I smoked two big slabs on my electric smoker yesterday. Cedar plank salmon seasoning and 4 hrs @ 225°.
Took some and made this spread, which IMHO is damn good. Already made a second batch today first went so quick.

8oz. Cream cheese
1/4 C. Mayo
1/4 C. Sour cream
1/4 C. Capers
1 1/2 Tbsp Inglehoffer cream style horseradish
1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon
8-10 Oz smoked salmon

Might try some finely chopped onion and roasted red pepper in the next batch.
