I haven’t seen the actual numbers in a while, but something’s wrong when approximately 15 or so % of the population commits well over 50 % of the crime!

Sadly this reminds me of a joke. It seems that a television station in a large city, was threatened of a law suit, because they did not have enough “minority programming”! So to avoid the law suit, they started showing “America’s Most Wanted” twice a day! memtb
