Was a little surprised to see the Chrony reading 2750-2775 fps while shooting my CZ 457 17HMR over the weekend. Was shooting Hornady V-Max 17gr ammo. Also shot my centerfire rifle and speeds were as expected so I don't think it was chronograph error. Curious if it's a hot lot of ammo, the 24" barrel on this rifle or if 200+ fps over the label on the box is common?
