I have had some pretty good luck recently finding some nice stocks, at unbelieveable prices if you are willing to do a little work. About a month ago I made an offer on this pre inletted blank that was listed at $275 OBO. He accepted my offer to my suprise. It finished pretty nicely just need to send it off for checkering.




I also found this blank that I will be using for a little 7x57 Brno 21 that I am working on. Cut in 1965, from an old gunsmith estate. Cant wait until I get it finished.

I have another Beautiful French Walnut stock for a featherweight with a Griffin and Howe style cheek piece and an inletted Neidner-style checkered steel butt plate that is being checkered right now, It might be prettier that either one of these that was less that $100.
