Nice. I have an etolin tag for this fall after putting in for 10 years. They are massive beasts. Did you get a weight on your boned out meat?
The troopers weighed what meat we donated, sans the choice cuts that we brought back with us but I cannot recall what the weight was.
I do know we brought 14 game bags and used them all, between both bulls. Each bag was roughly 60 lbs if I recall so......420 lbs of boned meat each?
