Maybe a little more info would help to sell this rifle?
Marlin or Remington mfg? Serial number starts with 9x for Marlin MR for Remington.
Barrel proof mark JM for Marlin REP for Remington.
I have one that's a franken rifle Marlin action with a Remington barrel.
Mine's a good shooter, I've taken my 3 largest Whitetails with it.....
