Point taken. I was careful to use what was actually stamped on each scope in my original post. But then I got sloppy.

In general, it appears to me that the different designations of the "II - line" and the "III - line" do not overlap (within the line), but are
sequential, and I assume denote improvents and changes. Is this true?

Did the "III - line" ever have a substantially lower range of adjustment?
