I would jump on that. The Alaskan addressed the number one complaint with the M70 Express Classics in that they previously used the same barrel diameter as the 458 Winchester on all the rifles, the Alaskan is more like a magnum sporter contour. Green Laminate would be a little heavier than a synthetic but plenty solid. You could always put on a lighter stock afterwards if you felt the need. If you ever change your mind you could pretty much get your money back unless they go into production again even then you would get most of it back.
