I've got a 357 with the 16" barrel and no safety. Awesome and fun little gun. Mostly shoot 38's in it to keep the cost down.
Last fall with open sights I hit an 8" gong at 220 yards with store bought lead 38's. It was quite the flight time!
My brother has the 44 mag and his wife has another 357. We bought them when they first started showing up in Canada. I got mine new for $425.
