Might not be trouble, but unlike Congress getting Trump's tax returns directly from the IRS which entails some very strict rules about handling and disclosure, financials coming Mazars won't be subject to those same strict rules. What could go wrong with an Obama appointmented judge fast tracking this case and deciding it promptly? That first link describes this case as an existential threat to Trump.
