Takes more than 1 or 2 years to solve a multi decade drought, but so far this year we're about 55% to 60% above what was considered an average year, the larger lakes have risen some 2 to 2-1/2 feet. How well the snowpack last and the amount allowed to run-off probably won't know how well the year has been until next year.
