I am guessing one of the terms of his 13 (thirteen!) times on parole for 13 (thirteen!) felonies are, NO INTOXICANTS (drugs and alcohol).
Anyway I am praying he shot his nuts off otherwise there will be more similarly stupid welfare spawn sucking off the system in a few more years.
Wow, 13 (thirteen!) felonies (caught for!) in just 27 years I am guessing the "three strikes and you're out" laws (that I fought so hard to instigate!) have been reversed there in taxington.
Makes me feel even better for moving out of that schitthole 22 years ago.
