Isn't marijuana legal in Washington? Something doesn't add up.
Maybe back before WA "progressive stance" on pot became law..... he just got into a habit he liked.....
I hope this case involving a "13 time convicted felon. 27 years old. Out on the street. Washington state should be very proud of their legal system." will help enlighten some progressives to the concept that some Felons just need to be in jail.
