mine shoots touching at 50. Ive read mixed reviews though guess I got lucky
I like the gun so much, I almost purchased a stainless synthetic version a few weeks ago. Because of my initial burn, I walked away. That and a friend was saying there was a problem with how ruger cut the chambers or throat on the 44mags? Based on your experience, I may go back and see if it is still in stock. I dont know, I just might.
Can you suggest any ammo. Preferable something 240 grain for deer.
I do recall now, it would sometimes (rarely) put 3 or more shots very close. Not consistent. As if it needed bedding or a new stock. I gave up after messing around a bit. Did yours shoot well with both stocks?
