Years ago my friend at the LGS let my wife shoulder about every rifle in the place to find one that fit her. After about an hour she handled a Kimber and fell in love. Luckily they had one on consignment for just over half of new AND it was a shooter. They have some even leaner models with the Mountain Ascent, and Adirondack models (all under the Mountain family on their site, along with the Montana) now, but they are light and will recoil more. Kimber has a brake on the Mountain Ascent and the Adirondack is threaded, however then you deal with noise. I see Kimber has a Sub MOA guarantee, but know in the past couple years there have been concerns about that guarantee.
