No one has ever killed a wet one, either. Absolutely correct. " I shot a big ol' dry doe" is heard frequently wherever hunting BS stories are told.  "Barren Doe" is what I keep hearing. I always ask them how they can tell?  Yep. And I never shoot does at the first of the season when they’re still raising fawns.
