That's the plan to grow new riders.
A good portion of the traditional customer base are 1)dying, 2)can't ride anymore due to broken down bodies, 3)moved on to boats and other toys, 4)got sick of hd virtue signaling to the homos and deviants.
HD is making a huge investment into the other mc segments, dual sport, electric, while remaining committed to HD touring and cruiser mc. The current and new rider customer goals are global, not singly USA focused.
