You're right, Dan. Time is always at a premium in the good weather. That sounds like a -30, blizzard going on outside, safe with my stove in the workshop kind of project.
SteveI have a bullberry wide fore end with their hanger bar system that i no longer use if you are interested.
That's intriguing. I have an MGM 24" rifle barrel - not sure of the screw spacing - that I wish to fire off the bench as well as take it hunting. Is your forend made for a Bullberry barrel or another maker? Factory, MGM.
