I can’t read the HSS mfg date, but the Muddy was made in 4/2015 I bought in 2017. The HSS was my dads but he got it 2014-15 I believe. I just purchased a brand new HSS from Amazon that I received this week and it is stamped 5/2016. So over 3 years old, but new in the box. Obviously you can’t just go off the date it was made to determine how long it’s been used.
