I have an Antigravity XP-10. They're kind of pricey but are supposed to start any of the current diesel pickups. I've started a number of cars with it but haven't had the need to try it on a diesel. When I got it, it was top of the line. A lot of others have come on the market since then and I don't know which is best.
The XP-10 is handy for recharging phones, etc. However, if you overdue that, it might not have the power left to start your truck.
