Ran across an interesting Ruger #1 at the gun show this morning, it was a .45-70 with what appeared to be a nickel plated receiver relief engraved with a buffalo and surrounded by nice scroll work. Was this a factory produced special edition? When was it produced and what is the current value in EXC. condition?
