Ok here's the story - my brother who is not really a gun guy has an AR 7.62 he is coming to visit in a couple of days and is bringing it so that we can shoot it some, I have no experience whatever with 7.62 AR's and am not set up for reloading one. He wants to buy some inexpensive factory ammo that will shoot reasonably accurately.
Any recommendations? - Please, something that won't break the bank because he is not the type who will peobably ever shoot it again after this trip. I know that Black Hills makes some good stuff but I am thinking more along the line of Walmart available ammo.

p.s. I have no idea of twist rate but we will only be shooting 100 - 200 yards so it doesn't have to be anything great.
