It happens in prisons all across the country. Every inmate is strip searched and has to squat or bend over to have their rectal area visually searched every time they leave the prison or any time deemed appropriate. If something doesn't look right, the medical people take over. If this sets a president, I'd hate to work in a prison. You could be sued for doing your job. These courts are out of control.
