This is a complete off the frame build using only the best of parts. This started off as a surplus M416 trailer and totally restored and converted to an off road camping base. Tepui roof top tent with ground room extention included. Tent is sitting on actuators that raise and lift. Has flood lights on the back with Marine Battery. I have all the receipts for the parts plus the time to restore and build it. A water pump and heating source would need to be installed to complete the build. I have the title in hand.
