My interest slowed way before the kneeling started. It ended entirely then.
Kneeling for the anthem aside, the games just became less appealing to me. Constant stoppages for commercials, replays etc... coupled with new rules and “interpretations” of those rules. Slowly, I just quit watching and found other interesting things to do. Don’t miss it at all.
