Kimber has no love for left hand shooters and said they would never make a left hand rifle.
Have heard that, which is a bummer. However, would suit me well if they were to ever change they minds.
At one point I contemplated fitting the Ascent stock to the Forbes barreled action. But chickened out after pulling them both apart and checking dimensions. Two totally different foot prints. Did not have confidence that I could pull it off without destroying the Ascent stock.
