The difference between the Democrats and the Republicans has always been..................

Democrats will vote for another Democrat even thought they may not agree with them, because the good of the party is what matters.

Republicans won't vote for a candidate unless that person believes EXACTLY as they do, meaning that the party doesn't matter, they do.

The one exception to this rule, and hopefully it's a growing trend, was the 2016 presidential election. There were some Democrats that did not vote for Hillary Clinton because they didn't like her, and there were Republicans that didn't like Trump, but voted for him anyway in order to stop Hillary.


Now, if Hillary will keep running for president, maybe the GOP will be alright.
