A 35-303 would be remarkably similar to a 35 Winchester with ballistics approaching the 358 Winchester. An option for one who wants to play with a Lee Enfield. When I was a kid, I dreamed of having a Lee Enfield barreled in 375/303 and using Speer 235 grain bullets. It dropped elk and moose with aplomb and body-slammed deer. Of course, all of this effectiveness happened only in my undeveloped mind where the cartridge and rifle remained. Today, I could easily build this if I wanted to but I doubt it will happen. GD
